NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT
This Non-Refundable Deposit Agreement
The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit (the "Deposit") to secure the DJ's services for an event scheduled on [Event Date] at [Event Location]. This Deposit guarantees the DJ’s availability for the specified date and time and is a commitment from the Client to proceed with the booking.
2. Deposit Amount and Payment Terms
- Deposit Amount: $300.00
- Due Date: The Deposit must be paid at time of booking
- Payment Method: The Client may pay the Deposit via [accepted methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal].
3. Non-Refundable Terms
- No Refunds: The Deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in event date, cancellation, or Client dissatisfaction.
- Date Rescheduling: If the Client requests to reschedule the event, the Deposit may be applied toward a new date, provided the DJ is available. The Client must request the change at least [number of days] days in advance, and any rescheduling is at the DJ’s sole discretion.
4. Event Cancellation
- Client Cancellation: In the event the Client cancels the service agreement, the Deposit will not be refunded.
- DJ Cancellation: If the DJ is unable to fulfill their commitment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the DJ will either refund the Deposit in full or, if agreeable to both parties, apply the Deposit to a new date or secure a replacement DJ.
5. Additional Payments
This Agreement covers only the Deposit portion of the total service fee. The remaining balance is governed by the terms in the primary DJ Service Agreement, including payment deadlines and any other applicable terms and conditions.
6. Agreement Scope
This Agreement does not replace or negate any terms outlined in the DJ Service Agreement but rather supplements it with specific terms regarding the Deposit.
